STEP 1:  Open up Explorer and click the settings icon in the upper right hand corner.

STEP 2: Click "About Internet Explorer"

STEP 3:   Select to update to Explorer 11.

If this doesn't make a difference, you may just need to start using google chrome.  You can make chrome your default browser by viewing this video.
