Question 1: 
I received an email saying I had a new referral, but I can't find it in my dashboard.

How do I link Multiple accounts?
Answer 1: 
This usually happens when you have 2 accounts and the referral was sent to the other account.  Sometimes another person in your office created the account.  Just call us and we will help you find the missing referral and close the extra account.

Answer 2: 
Chances are you are using an older version of Internet Explorer.  For instructions on how to get the latest version of Explorer, CLICK HERE.
Also, you may want to use Google Chrome.  Chrome is much more reliable.  CLICK HERE for videos on how to make Chrome your default browser. If you still have issues, call the number above and we will help you.

Answer 3: 
It probably showed an error on the top of the screen in green, but because it was small you didn't notice it.  It's usually an error like needing to add in a last name or phone number of the patient.  Also, if there are any ' , . - in the names, the referral won't send.  Occasionally, the page gets stuck and you need to refresh and resend.  Call us if you still have issues.


Answer 4: 
If your button was previously working and has stopped, try unplugging it and plugging it back in.  Also, the button works best when Google search is your home page.  
Rarely, the button just isn't compatible with some computers or firewalls.  the button will not download any software to your computer and will not hurt your computer in any way.

Answer 5: 
If your office has multiple doctors who each have an account, logging in and out of different accounts can be burdensome.  It is easy to link accounts.  Go to the settings icon in the upper right corner.  Click on "Add account". Enter the username and password of the other account you would like to connect with.  That's it!  You will see the other doctors name in the drop down list.  Click on it and it will automatically log you out of the one doctor and into the other account.  Make sure to do it WITH BOTH account so you can go back and forth.
